In my case those qualifications include, having sufficent money to pay rent, taking care of the place, and not bothering the neighbors.The fair housing act is just a way to protect people who are in need of protection. Besides what is the point of that , why wouldn't you want to have every person possible that is not a homeowner to want to rent one of your properties. I am glad we have the fair housing act.
