The hot places seem to be those that sing the loudest in the USA at this time Florida and Las Vegas are doing a damm good job of turning the heads of the cold figure crunching overseas property investor.

So what about other states in the US whats going on with real estate where should an international investor point his compass. Great exchnage rates, low prices its worth a look across the pond.
