I run into this type of thing all the time with my business and working with clients and folks from different industries not just real estate investing. It's trying to take the easy way out really. Those who do the same things that work over a long period of time, are the ones who really succeed. It doen's thave to be the 15 calls a day etc... it can be whatever type of work is working for you. However, whatever that might be you have to continue to be diligent and not get lazy. Great ideas.
