I run into this type of thing all the time with my business and working with clients and folks from different industries not just real estate investing.  It&#039;s trying to take the easy way out really.  Those who do the same things that work over a long period of time, are the ones who really succeed.  It doen&#039;s thave to be the 15 calls a day etc... it can be whatever type of work is working for you.
