		<description>nice high level overview.  The interesting part is #1.  Most people will use the asset as the fuse that starts the whole process vs. being proactive and putting a solid team together.   I have made that mistake before in finding the property first...then scrambling to get the mortgage broker, attorney, property manager.

One important key you did not mention about the team is a property manager.  This is a top three team member in my opinion.  I would also add an asset manager as your portfolio grows.
