		<description>Your suggestion to involve the US Marshalls isn&#039;t far off the mark.  The FBI recently arrested about 300 people involved in the mortgage industry. Who knows what the outcome of that will be, but it&#039;s an interesting development.  I think what is critical is for the government to begin enforcing laws on the books dealing with mortgage misrepresentation.
