    That was a nice tip by the sellers and investors which they used to save their capital from tax but that is not the case now. The new rules have made it really very tough to pay the tax at the 2nd and 3rd move and so.
I think it is not a good move to insert these tax rates here.</description>

		<description>Well, that didn&#039;t get too much publicity in advance, did it?  Supporters of this bill seemed very keen to give a hand to the supposed &quot;victims&quot; of big nasty loan companies and it was clear that taxpayers would foot the bill - but I for one missed any news that elimination of this tax break was part of the price to pay.
