Home inspections are a must must must. As you said, the home inspection can be used as a tool to get further price reductions or to back out should the home seem to not be a good deal at that point.

I would rather pay for the home inspector before I make a purchase of this size than find out a few years down the road that the home has major problems and or defects. I believe Title insurance is a good plan when buying a home as well.

Home inspection has a big role in purchasing property. In this you will know how far can you go with the negotiation.

I totally agree that the inspection is worth the cost and just look on it as a form of insurance.

Yes you are right and I totally agree with you. I don’t want to pay that much for the home inspection. We have to be smart.
