There can be great opportunity for investors. I see great properties available in many markets.All FHA and VA loans are assumable still today. Problem is so many people used their homes as ATM’s that finding a home with some equity is like finding a needle in a haystack. Not to sound to negative, but it does take a lot of hard work. It really does portray an accurate picture of what is going on in the real estate industry.
