		<description>It sounds a good idea as the consequences of defaults are so wide ranging but ultimately every American will pay for the greed and sins of the few so I am not sure if it is a fair idea + sometimes a painful reallity check is neccesary as prices and future earnings have spiralled out of control.</description>
