		<description>Sorry , i&#039;am not complety agree with your comment, on one side yes because the higher level of the market is active. but not only in the South of France. 
You have diferrent aereas in Spain with the same result, if the location is very good, the quality and the services the market is OK.
In our case the luxury villas above 1 millon € is selling and the prices are not decreasing.
But you must now the aereas, for example the Costa Blanca, only a little part of the North Costa Blanca is a good investment.

I reply simply because in the whole of Europe there is only one place where property values are holding their own and not falling (yet) is the South of France Cote d&#039;Azur so it&#039;s probably the safest property investment at the moment. The reason behind it is oil. Ths people who earn from oil unlike the rest of the world have doubled their money recently and so are in a position to buy those &quot;whims&quot; on the Cote d&#039;Azur with seeming impunity.
