With no strong lobbying presence - there is no one writing puff pieces for magazines that highlights benevolent landlords - if there was a marketing budget for landlords they would enjoy a much better rep in the marketplace.As a landlord myself I&#039;m not overly concerned with an intrinsic bad rep.
