You know, I didn’t vote for Obama but I agree he really ran a great campaign. The McCain candidacy was a joke, and clearly didn’t “play the game” as well as Barack.

Well I guess he taught me that people are superficial. I like Obama, but not for the “Change” or because he is African-American. I don’t like the marketing he used, but I guess it is the new era of politics.

Bush Sr. and McCain could have done a better job surrounding themselves with smarter people. Ha!

I agree with you Jason. In my own business where I teach people how to do real estate marketing on the internet, I have had this kind of experience many times.

Some people say that this is a secret to success. Surrounding yourself with successful and influential people in your niche is incredible. I have been blessed to experience this myself and let me tell you, your business grows at unprecedented speed.

So, when you are looking how to apply this to your own local business, find some influential people in your area, Chamber of Commerce, local media, etc. and find an angle where you can BOTH benefit and talk to that person about doing it.

All in all, always remember that when they look at your proposal, they think “W.I.I.F.M.” – What’s in it for me?
