I advise various people on setting up their own businesses, and so many of them think they should be cold calling and selling to investors. First and foremost if you don't have a decent proposition you are already have a problem. If you genuinely have a good opportunity, then people will be interested BUT they have to trust you and only you can gain and keep that trust. I couldn’t agree more!
