		<description>I work as a San Antonio Realtor and do not manage properties currently but have look into this topic several times.  The management advice given is some great questions to ask yourself if you are willing to do Self Management.  I strongly recommend that if you do not want to deal with the hassles to find a management company that will.

I think it is fine if a manager owns rental properties, but they should NOT own the same type or property in the same location as yours.  That&#039;s just asking for trouble.
