Hello Joshua,

I too talk with people from all over the US and hear similar stories. The worst is that some people have succumbed to "paralysis by analysis" and have stopped investing.

Unfortunately they will look back with 20/20 hindsight and lament that the ship has sailed (pun intended) and that they should have invested in real estate.

Right now real estate is on sale and a golden opportunity exists for people astute enough to swim upstream against the masses being swept away by the flood of negative reports spewing from the national media.

Real estate investing is, and always will be about doing your research, minimizing risk and having an established exit strategy based on real market numbers.

OK, I'll get down off of my soap box now...

Best of regards,

Dave
