		<description>Brendan - This is great information; I did not know that there even existed &quot;energy auditors&quot;.  Sounds a bit fancy for what they do but we can let them have that as long as they save us landlords a bunch of money.  You said good news/bad news but you still might be able to get some energy savings if you consider using a radiant foil barrier over your existing attic insulation. I&#039;m not selling anything, I just think it&#039;s a smart idea.
