I thought the article was interesting.  I agree that &quot;wholesaling&quot; as we traditionally know it is, in fact, dead.  I&#039;m amazed of the number of people getting in this business.. I used to be a &quot;wholesaler&quot;.  That business is evolving quickly.  We&#039;ve evolved to more of a concierge style of real estate investment sales/advisory.  We are still executing wholesale transactions, but now are doing everything from arranging in house financing, to arranging travel when they visit.  I think it&#039;s &quot;change or die&quot; for wholesalers.   Good article.
