I thought the article was interesting. I agree that “wholesaling” as we traditionally know it is, in fact, dead. I’m amazed of the number of people getting in this business.. I used to be a “wholesaler”. That business is evolving quickly. We’ve evolved to more of a concierge style of real estate investment sales/advisory. We are still executing wholesale transactions, but now are doing everything from arranging in house financing, to arranging travel when they visit. I think it’s “change or die” for wholesalers.
