		<description>Maybe those four questions were assumed to be a common-sense sort of thing.  As you said, it&#039;s a risk manager&#039;s job to stay on top of their customer&#039;s behavior...perhaps there are some who needed reminding of that.  And I suppose it&#039;s also a case of &quot;better safe than sorry&quot;.</description>
