In my opinion, this tax credit will help the slumping housing market. Unfortunately, most people are strapped tight and don’t have the money or hope that they had just last year. But things are changing now and the economy is looking up. Thus, more people will be buying and the market will improve!

Yeah it’s amazing that even in such a tough time that little incentives like tax credits will still entice people to buy! Not the same market struggle in Canada but people will still flock when they hear words like REBATE! It’s crazy.
