Excellent article! I did not know about the tax implications, and that can certainly cause a lot of problems down the road. This was such good information that I had to pass it on to my fellow investors. I am sure it will save someone a ton of money.

This a great article. I will share it with our investors across the country. I have a CPA on my team who will meet in person with Colorado investors or via telephone for out-of-state investors. He will will consult, advise, set up the appropriate legal entity for long or short term holds, file all state required documents, and provide stock certificate, etc. for one low price of $350.00.
