The market is great if you are a buyer. Home prices are at a level that we haven't seen since 1998. Probably the best thing to come out of this is that fact that people who were priced out of the market in the last 2 years can now afford to buy a home again. Real Estate business is really unpredictable What is important be sure to read and understand the contract policies. But it is really great to place your investments in buying a house and lot because the value of lot appreciates as time goes by it’s a sure win. Nice article. Thanks for sharing.

Just bought a home here in Las Vegas at the end of 2008. Couldn’t be happier about escaping Los Angeles (where my rent was just slightly below my current monthly mortgage payment) and living in a home instead of a closet sized apartment. Added benefits include roads that weren’t imported from a Mexican bomb testing ground, far less traffic congestion and NO STATE INCOME TAX!

I don’t understand the bad press that Vegas is receiving right now…it’s a dream compared to the nightmare of L.A. just four hours west.

If I were a betting man, which I am not, I would bet a whole lot on the Las Vegas Real Estate Market. I am adding a property management division to my team and we should be set up by the end of the month. I am seeing a major shift in the Las Vegas Real Estate Market as of late. We had a good year in 2008 in closings and 2009 is already on pace to eclipse 2008. Many people are flocking to Vegas to buy investment properties and they will need a Las Vegas Property Management Firm to manage their investment. It only made sense for us to help our clients on their purchase of an investment property and than manage them as well.
