Seems like more of a list of landlord concerns, but they were all dead on. The economy is definitely at the core of the concerns of most people I know, so I’d agree with Josh about that.

I think it’s essential to point these things out, and I have to agree that looking out for each of these is a good idea. Look out for the hurdles, but keep on driving :)
