The owners then know the issues with the home both small and big (hopfully none!) and get to work on presenting the best possible home by the time it is listed. Lots of competition and buyers are hesitant. I remember the days of rushing back to the office to quick write up a contract before the other 4 came in. My how times have changed.Its important that the home be in the best condition possible...additional warrantees offered to the buyers help too. Any incentives for that matter.
