		<description>I&#039;m in complete agreement here, Charles.  There are certainly some positive signs emerging, but just as the government has no clue about how to rescue the economy, the commentators also have little clue about when things are going to turn around.  We need to just watch and wait at this point, and hope that the government is smart enough to know that they can&#039;t keep printing money without negative consequences.  Sadly, it is probably too late already.</description>
