		<description>I have just come across this site and I would have to agree with the above comments, there is nothing worse than making an appointment with a estate agent and they show up late regardless of the excuse everyones time is precious these days. I can&#039;t stand being late and having someone show up late, if I have made the effort to be on time I expect the person I am meeting to do the same.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m with you on that as well, guys.  There is nothing more rude than showing up late, period.  By doing so, you&#039;re just saying to the person/people that you&#039;re meeting with that you don&#039;t think their time is valuable.</description>
