		<description>Great example, Tom.  People are snapping up these &quot;cheap&quot; foreclosure properties thinking that they are getting great deals, and many times they are simply buying a property that is going to cost them in the long run.  

Low Price doesn&#039;t mean it is cheap - learn it live it know it!</description>
