Looking at DR Horton and a couple of the others, I see base prices are down, but not in the less than $100 per square foot range.  I have found in California and Arizona, the published prices differ from what you find if you walk in the door.

I should have put &quot;deals&quot; in quotation marks...  I&#039;m just curious if you can really pick up a 2,000 square foot new home in a decent area for less than $200,000.  If you can, the builders should see a lot of buyers in their sales offices.</description>
