Taking advantage, scamming or deceiving people is terrible. Its compounded when they are elderly…its similar to hurting a child or animal ..they are often more vulnerable.

Morons that scam old people have no dignity and no heart. It`s like stealing candy from some kid; it`s simply something you dont do. One other thing that have become “popular” here i Norway is to follow old people back to their house after they`ve been out getting groceries or something like that. When they unlock the door they assailant jumps them, beats the crap out of them, and steal all their money. It`s just sad.

The best way to get the public, seniors and everyone else, in on these scams is to talk about them everywhere. The more the better. It really is deplorable that seniors have become targets in this. When a loan modification firm asks for money up front, look out. It’s not good for your wallet.

It is definitely unfortunate that people are out to scam others – its worse that many target the elderly. There’s a special place in hell for those folks.
