I agree with Joshua. Search Engine spiders, especially Google's spiders and their algorithm are way more sophisticated than they used to be. They know when someone is stuffing keywords into their pages (keyword density is one of the algorithm factors).

Google has over, in my last count 120 different factors they consider when indexing and ranking pages on the internet. Obviously, we can't worry about all of them.

I do a lot of SEO and I only focus on dozen different factors.

All in all, putting your keyword 50 times of different pages will hurt your ranking.

Michelle -
That is not exactly how the search engines determine who is going to appear higher in the rankings. Keyword stuffing is actually considered a negative to the search engines.

The words and phrases in your website largely determine how a search engine ranks it. For instance, if you have the keywords “Toronto real estate” 50 times on different pages in your website, you will be ranked higher for searches on “Toronto real estate” than another website where these keywords only appear 20 times.

Joshua is right. This strategy will work for any website. One of the best things you can do when commenting and creating backlinks to your site is to comment on topics that are relevant to real estate.
