		<description>This is a great post and really puts everything in perspective. The distressed deals will surface, however people would prefer to buy a little too late than buy too early and risk overpaying for an asset.

		<description>Its a sad fact that this is happening!  I feel that it will get worse before it gets better.  Opportunities to find deals on a commercial level are starting to increase.  I even see investors shifting their strategies to prepare themselves for flipping these commercial deals.
