I've been using Twitter for the past couple of weeks and just starting to get into the automation process to really let Twitter work for me. I find that Hoot Suite and Yahoo Pipes are invaluable tools for lead generation. In addition, I just started using a tool called <a href="http://tweetlister.com" rel="nofollow">TweetLister</a> which lets you post and schedule your listings to Twitter. It's a neat little tool which I'm using to intersperse my listings with useful local news and housing data I'm feeding from Hoot Suite. The combination seems to be working well and doesn't seem to offend anyone. I've also setup a 2nd Twitter account I use to feed just listings to so I can tell potential buyers to follow that account for listing updates only. Fantastic post Justin.
