How Online Classified Ad Syndication Can Help You Sell Your Properties Faster!

by J. Lamar Ferren on October 3, 2009

In this blog post, I want to tell you about 3 powerful websites that can post your property listing ads all over the net on autopilot for FREE.

I don’t know about you, but I hate manually posting ads because it takes up too much of my time.  I’m always look for ways to make my business marketing easier so I can concentrate on putting more deals together. Although my assistant has taken a lot of this weight off of my shoulders (which is something  you may want to consider getting, if you haven’t), I still feel that online ad syndication sites are top notch.

Automation is something I thrive for!

So, what is Online Ad Syndication

What happens is you post one ad to an Online Ad Syndication site, and it gets distributed to a bunch of other free classified websites like:

  • Backpage
  • Google Base
  • Trulia
  • Craigslist
  • Oodle
  • Vast
  • Kijiji

and much much more.

Note: Some sites May have to be posted manually due to autopost restrictions. However its only a few and you can just copy and paste the html code that they give you)

So instead of logging into each and every website and manually submitting your ad, these Online Ad Syndication sites will do it for you.

Some sites have an option for you to create an actual Flyer. These types of ads are very appealing and can convert pretty well.

Here are the Top 3 Online Ad Syndication websites I know of:

  1. ClassifiedFlyerAds distributes your ad to 22 sites. Limitations are set for the Free level. If its in your budget I’d consider upgrading. Be sure to read the level requirements carefully.
  2. Postlets distributes your ad to 10 sites
  3. StumbleHere claims to distribute your ads to hundreds of sites… I haven’t verified this.

So there you have it. You just Post one ad to each of these sites and they will handle the rest for FREE!

Now, they do have options where you can pay for better services and more features to gain more traffic, but the free option is still a good option in my book.

To be honest, whenever I do pay, it’s only to use the feature that re-posts and/or sponsors your ad automatically.

Go post your deals and get them closed!

Must Read! This is Important

While posting your ads all over the internet can increase the amount of eyes that actually see your ad, it is best to write effective ads that will get people back to your website. I recommend you check out two articles (below). The first post will show you how to test and track which ads work better. The second will show you how to write ads more effectively to get the best conversions.
