They are starting from square one. They need to put in a street, utilities and divide the property into 3 lots. I don&#039;t have any expertise in development and need to know where to start. I would prefer to find someone who would handle the developing, city, survey and basically the whole works. Of course I would like to make something on the developing. But I want to concentrate my efforts on building their homes and just oversee the development end.
