Investing of any sort takes guts and an understanding of the future. I recently talked one of my investor clients out of selling one of his condos... why? Because he had not been over to the community to understand that an under construction Metro Rail station was going to be in walking distance of his condo in 2-3 years. Yes, people need a team!
