At some point, foreclosures will stop and the recovery will begin. I just think all of this recovery is gonna take much longer than expected.

Anyone who has half a brain can see through the sunny forecasts to know that the rising number of delinquencies is certainly as important, if not more, than all the other numbers that the NAR uses to convince us that things are going great!

Yeah Mark, certainly isn’t pretty. NAR is obviously hoping for a turnaround. The economy is 70% consumption which is heavily weighted with consumer confidence. Therefore the placebo effect is pretty accurate. If economists try to find positive signs, then consumer confidence will rise, people start spending money, and jobs are created.

Hopefully the rising delinquencies don’t impact prices more than another few %. I have my fingers crossed.
