He's definitely a "Michael" and he has done some very interesting work buying, power-retrofitting and selling homes in Fresno, and even pays half of the new homeowner's utility bills for two years as proof of his ability to produce a high-performance home. He's looking for ways to build or rehab toward zero energy, a ZEH, and I can't wait to see what he comes up with. He conducts a webinar every Tuesday at 6:00 PDT.
