1 ) Most real estate office meetings I have been to focus on production and numbers. We’re NOT #1! shows how that does not have to be so; meetings should be about the client, experience and satisfaction. Big should not be the goal, best should be.

2 ) So you want to see what can happen if you sell your house? Jessica tells you why Selling your house to see what happens is a BAD idea!

3 ) What does your yard sign say about you and your priorities? Is it about getting more business and name recognition or is it about selling your listing? Who are you marketing? looks at these questions.

4 ) Many agents start blogging on Active Rain. While I don’t think it is a great long term place to keep all your content, I think it is a great place for agents to start to make sure they will continue blogging before they invest to much time into a blog. Here is a new WordPress Plugin to Import ActiveRain Posts if you do make the switch.

5 ) It doesn’t matter if you got into the business 20 years ago and do things the “old fashion” way or if you got in two years ago and are building a business off technology, you need to build your sphere. 6 ) Facebook keeps changing its’s privacy settings and you need to stay on top of them. Facebook’s new privacy settings walks you through the latest changes.

7 ) Should You Use a Buyer Broker Agreement? Some agents use them, some agents don’t. Some agents don’t, but want to. As a buyer, this helps you understand the idea better.

8 ) Video is becoming more and more popular every day. It seems every other agent is now using it. 4 Tips for Promoting Yourself and Your Listings With Video helps you with some ideas to get going and stay going.

9 ) How are you using Facebook? Facebook is rapidly growing and could become the “new” Google. Will you be ready if it does?

10 ) Here is a great new video from Talon’s Title that explains Mechanics Liens and Title Insurance Owner’s Policies. Things have changed, are you staying up.
