Epic Insights

One of the greatest resources we have is the wisdom of those who have come before us. There are a lot of things we can learn from people who have proven their aptitude to the world and made it to the top in their fields of expertise.

Every so often, I’ll come across an epic quote from one of these people. The words are ripe with wisdom and they instantly resonate with me because I know in my core that these are words of truth. In this post, I wanted to share with you some of these ideas that I’ve come across this past year. These are words that have hit me like a ton of bricks and caused me to sit back and say, “Wow.” Perhaps some of these ideas will resonate with you as well…

Awesome! I love the Eisntein quote. It’s hard to fail if you don’t give up.

Awesome, Seth! I love the quote from Francis Chan the most. He’s a good guy – one of my favorite speakers.

I’m with you Brandon – Francis Chan is an awesome speaker/writer/thinker/etc. That guy has contributed a lot of powerful things to the world. “Crazy Love” is easily one of the most challenging & thought-provoking books I’ve read in the past 5 years.

Haha – thanks Chuck! There are definitely a lot of messages that come our way as real estate investors. It takes a lot of discernment to figure out which ones we’re going to listen to and which ones we need to ignore. Good luck!

Seth -

That’s a great group of quotes. I especially love the one from Steven Covey.

You can only blame your parents and the circumstances of your life so long for all the bad things that show up in your life. Then you have to “man up” and admit it’s your decisions that have led you to where you are today. The good thing about that is that it is totally within your control to make changes and get different results.

Oh – and the last one; I’m not leaving until you say yes. I love that one. Happy New Year.

Sharon

Great quotes here Seth. Thanks for sharing. I recently used the Henry Ford one in a presentation at my MeetUp. I love this one.
