  1. That 2nd picture reminds me of my neighbors when I 1st got in the air force. Their front closet was the can closet. When it was full, we’d fill up a pick up truck, head to the recycling place, then the liquor store and start over. Glad I didn’t have to turn over that apartment ;)

  2. OMG! I’ve been in house number 2. I was just wondering: Who cleaned out the dirty diapers before this picture was taken. Oh, and BTW, I bought a house that had the gate in front of the walk, but no fence. Thanks for the laughs.

  3. As an appraiser, I see an equally large number of weird, strange & disgusting things. My experience with a hoarder house is one that I will never forget. Small woman had “stuff” piled up beyond my hips – I’m 6’2″ so that’s about 3.5 to 4 feet high.

There were narrow, I mean narrow paths, wound throughout the house. I am not narrow, so as I walked thru I was knocking over the piles along the path, This caused her a great deal of consternation as the “stuff” was in neat piles. When I entered into the kitchen & my shoes stuck to the floor because of some unknown “yuck” on the floor, I called a halt to my inspection.

Lender declined the loan because of fire hazard.
