    • Thanks Sharon! I wish most of us weren’t familiar with these kinds of tenants – but unfortunately, I think we’ve all been there are one point or another. At least we can laugh at it every once in a while.

  2. Been there with some of those. Just had one move out. No 30 day notice left the place a mess. Have their deposit to account for.

    • Sorry to hear that Trevor. Unfortunately, it seems like most landlords just have to assume their tenants won’t do the right thing (which obviously isn’t always true – but that kind of mindset will at least offer a bit of protection for when things go wrong).
