    If you go with the ‘cat transit system’ then it would be wise to forego the ‘sandbox desk’. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

  2. I think the hidden bookshelf that leads to a doomsday room that will protect you and your family from disasters can be a great selling point vs other homes in the area. It can be used for storage, or possible hangout room away from everyone else. Great post!
