Bought a House to "Fix & Flip", it took 3 months to complete, it looked great, we put it on the market in Aug. 2006...just when the R.E. market had collapsed. We also put it out at full value, for the asking price....came down in the price...but, it was too late. The R.E. Market had tanked.

Will move into next Projects more cautiously.
Seek to do something in Commercial R.E. Investing.
We really enjoy doing Commercial Loans to assist our Clients. Some of the Loans we have done, actually saved Jobs & at least one Property, for our community.

I am currently seeking as much info. as possible , to get invested in a Profitable Commercial Deal!
