I've built and sold a carpet and upholstery cleaning company - in the process learned the art of excelling in client service.

1. Purchase low cost options on undervalued properties, sale the options for a profit. Build cash reserves for next step

2. Begin buying undervalued properties, improve as needed, hold for cash flow and eliminate my dependence on a job - provide for early retirement
