Daniel, If you have located buyers I have a contact who works with REO's and does a fantastic job negotiating price. So good that the bank gives him 48 hours to find a buyer and then they take the deal back off the table. He gives wholesalers the opportunity to assign the properties by double closing if they have serious buyers who are willing to put money in an escrow account. Let me know if you would like to work with me on moving these very low priced properties. He has them all over the country (literally thousands). JOSH
