As stated i'm currently investing part time
i currently own 4 properties which due to the collapse in market are all rented at the moment. I just formed my LLC to further build my business.

I consider myself a newbie even though i own properties, i know i have a long way to go before i can say i'm experienced.

To be able to quit my job and make a comfortable living off of my real- estate investing and maybe one day build and sell new homes .
