I'm a homeowner, investor, mother, cat owner, and psychologist. At present I work at a large county correctional facility, which keeps me busy most of the week, and I have a little spare time.

I'm in the market for multifamily houses, in Western Mass and in Brooklyn, NY. Also always looking for investors looking for a healthy, SAFE, rate of return on their savings or IRAs.

The cat in the picture is named Katrina, but we call her Twinkie, for no particular reason.

I'm getting very busy networking for investor-partners and investors looking to earn a higher, but safe, return than is found in CDs, money market funds, and certainly the stock market! Looking at multifamily properties now in Brooklyn, NY and in Western Massachusetts.
