Passionate entrepreneur that's had some ups and downs in real estate. Currently my bread and butter is short sales but along with my partners we're aggressively looking for rehab properties and multi units. Long-term goal is to have a portfolio of cash-flow properties and notes.
Experience
Started in 1999 as a bird-dogger. Rehabbed first property which was condo and refi'd to invest more. Was a part of investment group that bought equity properties for a few years until market crashed (ouch). Worked on pre-foreclosures and currently investing in short sales, REOs and Multi-units.
Real Estate Goals
To continue to learn and grow in real estate investments. To meet and network with other investors and to build portfolio of long-term cash flow properties and notes.
