Hey Chris, just thought i would let you know, i have a package of 7 properties that i need to sell this month. 6 SFR 1 Double, 1 of the SFR is going to be rehabbed and rented in about 2 weeks. The other 6 properties need rehab. so if you have any investors looking for rehabs i have some good ones for them!

Thanks for the add request Chris. Basically i find and lock down any property type you are looking for. I haven't had too may requests for Commercial properties.
