In my own words...

I am a provider of quality turn key rental properties at wholesale prices in Indiana. I sell properties at wholesale prices so investors with buyers lists can mark them up and make a quick 5K to 15K on resale.

Real Estate Experience

I have been investing in real estate since I graduated high school in 1995. I was lucky to have a father that was a sucessful investor, builder, and developer to learn the ropes from. He and I flipped several properties together and held several as rentals. In 2005 my father declared that he didn't like the market anymore and we sold all our holdings, several rentals as well as a few developable parcels. Shortly after this my father passed away. I stayed out of the market until last year at which point I identified several cash flow markets to fix and flip cashflowing properties in and started my business.

Real Estate Goals

To fix and flip real estate and generate enough capital for down payments to get a strong foot hold in the commercial real estate market through various strategies. My short term goal is to increase my inventory of cashflowing real estate for sale to 10 to 15 properties. Long term I want to build a business that has several arms that cover fix and flips, long term investments, and purchasing and development of raw land.

Currently Seeking

I am currently seeking resellers of bargain cashflow properties. I am targeting investors/ real estate professionals that have a network of investors set up that want cashflow properties at a discount.

I offer several ways to mark my properties up, and people that I work with generally make anywhere from 5k to 15k reselling my wholesale priced deals to their investors.

Many of my properties feature government subsidized tenants and all come with a 3 month rent guarantee.

I also am constantly seeking investors that want to joint venture on properties to fix and flip or to hold long term. Please contact me for more information about my programs.

Hi Tony. Thanks for the colleague request! I'm definitely interested in speaking with you about Indy and Ohio. I have a couple in Indy, but I'm looking to spread out a little with my next couple of purchases. I'd also be interested in be talking to you about your wholesale opportunities as well. I don't have any experience wholesaling, but understanding that part of the business better has been a goal of mine so I'm interested in what you have to say about it. I'm also very interested in your thoughts on remote investing (read your blogs). Learning to do that well is my prime objective, so I'm curious to hear more about your experiences....
