I worked for about 10 years in residential construction doing renovation as well as new construction. After getting an associates degree in building construction and civil engineering technology I decided to get a bachelors in construction management. Since graduating in 2008 I have been working for a large commercial construction company (40+ million $ projects) I enjoy my work, but plan on supplementing and diversifying my income through real-estate investment.
Not a lot with skin in the game. I forked in Florida in residential remodeling and new construction, but wasnever the investorr.
My first goal is to work and save for my own home. We are looking to buy a small home in the near future that we can hold onto as a rental property when we move up to a larger home.
Small home north east of Dallas
